It's True. With our optional Cash for Fat Rewards program we really will pay you cash for each pound you lose during a 5-week session. But Boot Camp is so much more than just shedding pounds and toning up.
Our goal is for you to transform your life. Along with losing weight, we want your energy and vitality to soar, your diet to be healthy and easy to maintain, and your fitness to have reached a level that brings you new confidence. In short - you're going to be looking great and feeling super.
During our 5-week Boot Camps we use many different methods to motivate and inspire our campers. What works for you, may not for another.
Our Cash for Fat Rewards program is just one example of how we work to help make positive changes in our campers' lives. Here is a list of what else you can expect from Fitness For Living.

- goal setting 'homework' using our S.M.A.R.T method technique (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-based)

Through a combination of Lauren gently pushing me to move faster, build strength and agility, and Linzee guiding me through rediscovering my balance and flexibility, I was able to lose almost 20 pounds! David's inspiring nutrition guidance helped me to really see results, to feel healthier and more energized, and to avoid the pitfalls of holiday eating. When my family saw me over Christmas, I was greeted as "Hey Skinny!"
