When you register, you are generally registering for one class time and location. If life though throws you a curve and you can't make your normal class time, you can swap to any other time or location that day.
Indoor Location
We are so excited to be holding our winter indoor classes at the outstanding and spacious Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance Studio. This well lit and airy facility features a lofty 21-foot ceiling, 2500 square feet to run around in, a sprung floor for optimal cushioning, large windows on three sides and dressing rooms.
The facility is located just off of Valmont Rd near 55th St (only 2 1/2 miles from our outdoor Scott Carpenter Park location). Map link to location

Are you having to miss 2 weeks of more of a Boot Camp (due to your work, family or travel
schedule)? Our main goal is to make a difference in your life and we try as hard as possible to
work with your schedule – it is this principal that sets Fitness For Living apart. We would rather have
you attend some of a camp session then not at all - how else are we going to transform your life?
If you know that you will miss more than 2 weeks of a Boot Camp session [or equivalent number of
days] then please contact us so we can make arrangements that will work with your schedule.
Please note that if you are to miss a day or two of Boot Camp our class make-up policy has

Special Saturday Morning 'Fitness in the Foothills' Drop-in Classes
During our outdoor season we will hold special Saturday morning 'Fitness in the Foothills' classes that anyone can drop-in on for only $15/class; whether you are a current Boot Camper or not . These classes are held on a scenic local trail from 8:15 - 9:30 am Fitness in the Foothills Information
