- Is Boot Camp right for our staff?
Boot Camp is for everyone. Because it requires no choreography or fancy footwork, a Boot Camp is perfect for a workforce with a wide range of fitness and experience. Instead of barking orders, our Personal Trainers shout encouragement as they tailor the workouts to match each person’s fitness level.
- What is a typical day at Boot Camp?
There really is no typical day as our Camp Trainers design each day to be fresh and different. Our camaraderie-styled workout may include running, jumping, squatting, pulling, pushing, stair climbing, bounding and more. Relay races, obstacle courses, and wacky kids’ games are also thrown into the mix, creating an atmosphere of fun, teamwork and competition.
- Where are Boot Camps held?
Onsite or off, indoors or out, Boot Camp can be held almost anywhere – year round. Spring, summer and fall camps are typically held outside.
- How many days a week does Boot Camp meet?
Our typical program meets 3 days a week. Two day a week programs can also be accommodated.
- How many people participate at a time?
We like to have 10-16 participants at a time. Larger groups can be accommodated though.
- What do we need to provide?
We make this easy for you as we provide all the equipment . If we are to hold Boot Camp at your facility we will need enough room to accommodate the anticipated number of participants.
