By alternating days between Fitness Boot Camp and PowerFit Yoga, we have created an amazingly effective fitness program. You will see results in all aspects of your life and body - strong and confident body, calm mind, balanced life, and a ramped up metabolism that naturally sheds weight.
5 Days a Week and Each Day is Different
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday our Boot Camp will challenge and improve your cardio, strength, endurance and agility. And on Tuesday and Thursday our conditioning-focused PowerFit Yoga will work on your full-body strength, core stability, flexibilty and balance. PowerFit Yoga is a really unique program and can be equally as challenging as Boot Camp - just in a very different way. Once you obtain proper form in the poses, we encourage you to incorporate light weights into specific routines to further test your balance and stability as well as build strength.
We've seen the benefits of combining boot camp and yoga through the results of our campers for years.

- Can I attend Boot Camp at one location and PowerFit Yoga in another?
Absolutely. You can choose to attend our Fitness Boot Camp at any location and at any class time. Do note though that our PowerFit Yoga program is only held in Boulder.
If you are attending our Boot Camp in Longmont and are unsure if the Boulder yoga location will work for your schedule we encourage you to give our Total Transformation Program a try for a week. If you find after attending for the first week that swinging both Boot Camp and the Boulder PowerFit Yoga isn't working for you (for any reason at all), just let us know and we will give you a full refund for the difference in the program fees.
- What happens when Boot Camp is not held on a National holiday like Memorial Day.
You will notice on a few of our sessions that we move our Monday Boot Camp class to Tuesday following some of our Monday National holidays (ex. Memorial Day, Labor Day). Some people 'double up' those days and attend both Boot Camp and Yoga though that is not too typical. Most likely, you will need to chose between which class to attend.
Do note that we have created our fees for this program
assuming that you might miss a class for such instances.
