Exercise of the Month - 6-Count Burpee Tuck Jump
The Ultimate Full-Body Cardio Routine - Can you do 15?


Our goal at FFL is for our campers to achieve full-body fitness – that ultimate combination of strength, endurance, power, core stability, balance and coordination.

We strive to combine as many of these elements as possible into each of our exercise routines and movements. The Burpee Tuck Jump is one of our favorites as it blends a squat, plank, pushup and vertical jump into one cardio-intensive sequence.

Free Fun-Fit Mountain Bike Ride & Skills Clinic

Thursday, June 4
5:30-7:30 pm

Each month we invite you to come out and join us for one of our free Fun-Fit Adventures.

Our Fun-Fit Adventures are open to everyone – whether you are participating in our Boot Camps or not. There is no cost but pre-registration is required.

This month we are going to roll out the mountain bikes and explore a beautiful network of moderate trails just a few miles south of Boulder at Marshall Mesa.

This Fun-Fit is geared for the athletic beginner and up. We will offer instruction and pointers so you will become more comfortable navigating rocks, steps and turns. Plus, we will practice these skills here and there along the trail.

In short, this is a perfect opportunity for someone with athletic beginner fitness and the desire to become more comfortable on their mountain bike. We will regroup often so you don't have to worry about being left behind.

So come on – don't be shy and don't let some LAME excuse get in the way of you getting outside, meeting others and getting in some heart pumping fun.

 I was just at the Farmers Market and loved the big fresh bags of spinach spilling from the stalls. Spring is here and to celebrate the season we have selected a variety of healthy spinach recipes for you to enjoy.

As we mentioned in our March newsletter, spinach is one of the highest pesticide loaded vegtables out there so we highly recommend that you purchase organic spinach.
